Our 3G network is currently being discontinued
As previously communicated, AT&T's 3G network would retire on February 22nd, 2022, in order to facilitate the migration to newer generations of wireless technologies - therefore, Apela is now able to provide its wireless services to 4G LTE or 5G devices with VoLTE capabilities.
While some unsupported 3G/4G devices might continue working after the above-mentioned date, they will work only for a short period of time, as the 3G network is gradually being disconnected across all U.S.

We recommend upgrading your devices as soon as possible in order to avoid disconnection. All you need is a 4G/LTE or 5G device that supports AT&T's HD Voice feature - if you are not sure, give us a call at (248) 817-1629 and we'll provide you with the assistance you need.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
-
Talk and data services are gradually being disconnected for devices don't support at least 4G LTE and HD Voice;
-
You will not be able to re-activate the current device, unless you upgrade y to a supported model;
-
If you use Apela's international calling services, you will continue being billed for those services, however your billing period might be modified.
-
Some grandfathered plans might not be compatible with the new device, and a plan upgrade to one of Apela's current plans might also be required.
